Shawndor is named in honor of Shawn, the owner’s late father.
Based in Texas, Shawndor LLC was created by the owner of MVK Hospitality LLC, doing business as MVK Construction. We welcome Houston builder inquiries for custom and spec homes, repeated plans, communities, and multi-unit developments.
We source windows and doors globally. Product selection begins with the actual systems, project requirements, available documentation, and written terms for the proposed order.
Our approach centers on clear specifications and a defined project scope for residential developments and selected commercial construction or renovation projects. Selected specialty homeowner orders are also welcome.
