Your written warranty sets out what is covered and how a claim is handled.

Your Shawndor warranty

Shawndor issues the warranty for your windows and doors. The written warranty defines covered components, the coverage period, start date, exclusions, and the claims process. Terms may differ for frames, finishes, glass, seals, and hardware.

Installation & care

Confirm who verifies site measurements and handles installation, anchorage, sealing, and ongoing care. The selected system’s requirements and any effect on coverage need to be understood before ordering.

Parts, labor & replacement freight

Agree who handles replacement production, parts, freight, local repair work, and related costs. A product warranty does not establish that installation labor or all service costs are included.

Receiving & order questions

Agree how the order will be counted and inspected on receipt, and how shortages or shipping damage should be recorded and reported. Keep the order reference, unit labels, approved drawings, and relevant photographs together.

Keep your Shawndor warranty with your approved order. Coverage periods, exclusions, claim procedures, and any labor or freight coverage are defined in that document.
