Plan the whole package
The schedule.
The details. The scope.
A useful supply proposal starts with a clear brief. Bring the plans, quantities, and requirements so the products and commercial scope can be reviewed together.
Project-based sourcing.Clearly agreed responsibilities.
How it works
From your plans.
To the receiving site.
Choose a stage to see what needs to be reviewed, agreed, and recorded.

01 / Plan
Start with the opening schedule.
Bring the drawings, project location, opening quantities, and required on-site timing. Identify repeated unit types and any specialty openings.
02 / Specify
Connect the design to an actual system.
Review configurations, glazing, hardware, finishes, installation details, and the product documents required by the project team.
03 / Approve
Resolve the details before production.
Review drawings, samples where needed, the quotation, and written responsibilities. Confirm measurements, included scope, exclusions, and payment milestones.
04 / Produce & check
Define how the order will be checked.
Agree production milestones, inspection arrangements, and checks for dimensions, operation, finishes, and protective packing before shipment.
05 / Ship
Plan the journey to the receiving site.
Set out export packing, freight, import responsibilities, destination delivery, and unloading access. Connect shipment milestones to the project’s receiving plan.
06 / Receive & support
Keep the package traceable on arrival.
Agree how units will be counted and inspected, how damage or shortages are reported, and who handles installation. Review the Shawndor warranty and claims process for the order.

Before production
Approvals first.
Responsibilities in writing.
Available product documents must be reviewed against the actual project and selected configuration. Agree who verifies measurements, approves drawings, handles importing and delivery, receives the order, and installs the products.
Inspection arrangements, packing, shipment milestones, and the process for shortages or damage also belong in the written scope. The agreed quotation and order determine which services are included.
